Payments

Candle costs can range anywhere from $8 up to $30 per candle, depending on the vision. ScentSmoke aims to give business owners 100% profit margins, meaning the suggested retail price is double the cost to make the candle. Wholesale pricing is available with a low minimum order of 24 candles, making it accessible for all business owners to grow their brand.

Get started by booking a consultation. Orders are made by email and paid through PayPal or with any major credit card. Once an invoice is paid, fulfillment usually takes two weeks; although demand can peak during holidays and while we do our best to plan, delivery is subject to the availability of supplies.

Returns

As advocates for concious decision making, ScentSmoke has a no return policy. Being a product-based business, our philosophy is minimal waste and we do so by ordering materials as needed and ensuring every candle is poured according to our strict process for high performance. Of course, if there are any concerns or issues with a ScentSmoke candle, please contact us and we work with you to make it right. 

Shipping

The ScentSmoke studio is based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and services business owners across North America. Shipping is sent via Canada Post and costs will be calculated at checkout. For local businesses, delivery and pick up is available and can be arranged when making an order by email.
